Medical Insurance

Employees and their qualified dependents may choose from one of four health plan options (PPO, HMOs or HSA).

Dental Insurance

Catalyst provides dental insurance to all employees and their qualified dependents.

Vision Insurance

Employees are eligible for vision insurance coverage for themselves and their qualified dependents for annual eye exams, frames and lenses or contact lenses and other services.

Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts

Employees may set aside funds on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions to pay for IRS eligible out-of-pocket health or dependent care expenses.

Short-Term Disability Insurance

Catalyst provides short-term disability benefit equal to 66.67% of weekly salary for a maximum period of 12 weeks.

Long-Term Disability Insurance

Catalyst provides long-term disability benefit beginning after 90 days of disability equal to 66.67% of basic monthly earnings up to Social Security normal retirement age.

Life and AD&D Insurance (GVUL)

Catalyst provides group variable universal life and AD&D insurance for all employees. Voluntary life and voluntary AD&D insurance coverage is available for employees to purchase for themselves, their spouse and dependent children. Employees will also have access to a variety of mutual funds to invest post-tax dollars.

Employee Assistance Program

The EAP provides short-term counseling and life management services for employees and their qualified dependents to address personal, financial and work related issues.

401(k) Plan

Catalyst’s 401(k) plan provides employees with an opportunity to save for the future through pre-tax payroll deduction. The Company matches employee contributions up to a maximum of 4% (capped at $11,400 per year).

Parental Leave

Catalyst provides supplemental pay for up to 12 weeks to subsidize 100% pay for eligible employees during parental leave of absence.

Paid Time Off

Regular full-time employees are eligible for paid holidays, civic duty and bereavement as well as Paid Time Off (includes vacation, sick).

Stock Options

Both new hire and ongoing stock option grants are a key component to our compensation package.

ESPP

Employees have the opportunity to purchase Company stock at a discounted rate through convenient payroll deductions.

Work From Home

Catalyst offers the option for employees to work from home once a week.

Daily Catered Lunch

Onsite employees may order lunch at the Company’s expense from EAT CLUB each business day (except on special occasions when we order catered family-style meals).

COVID-19 Relief Benefit

Generous monthly stipend to cover discretionary expenses incurred as a result of working from home during COVID-19.
