Therapeutic Programs

While our therapeutic platform is applicable to many disease areas, Catalyst's internal and partnered drug discovery programs are currently focused on developing protease and Alterase™ Therapeutics for the treatment of hemophilia and inflammatory diseases.  The company has developed both natural and engineered proteases (Alterase™ Therapeutics) that are highly selective for targets in these areas, and has demonstrated in vivo efficacy in a number of relevant animal models.
