Sr. Research Associate/Scientist, Pre-Clinical Research (#KM10-110)

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Research Associate/Scientist with experience in Pre-Clinical in vivo pharmacology.  The selected candidate will have an exciting opportunity to interact with multidisciplinary teams dedicated to discovery of novel therapeutics in a fast paced organization. As a member of the Pre-Clinical group you will be required to perform experiments to assess the effects of Catalyst designed protease variants. Experiments will assess both the pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic nature of novel protease variants, utilizing various animal models of disease.

Requirements

 

• PhD and 0-2 years experience in biology or other relevant field
• Bachelor’s/Masters applicants with a degree in biology or related field and 5 years experience will also be considered
• Demonstrated experience in Pre-Clinical in-vivo Pharmacology
• Experience setting up animal models
• Knowledge of basic physiology is essential
• Excellent organization skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative and highly innovative work environment
